Lithuanian Rugby Union team represents Lithunia at Rugby union. they are governed by the Lithuanian Rugby Federation. You can watch it from the safty of the side lines. Their colours are black and white. It was intorduced to Lithuania in 1961.
Surfing was the sport of the kings in Hawaii. You can either watch the sport from the shore or you can get out there and surf yourself and see the magnifecent sites . You win by by catching the biggest waves, performing the biggest and most difficult tricks.
Next year Leopold, will be having a soccer club. The soccer that I played was at Life Be In It near Landy Field in Geelong. Now there is one in Leopold. There is a lot of positions to play such as Goal Keeper, Forwards, Defence, Midfield and Wing.
In my years of playing indoor soccer it was fun and exciting. In soccer the goal keeper is allowed to touch the ball from the shoulder below. I your not the goal keeper you will get penalised for touching the ball. It’s a bit like basketball no physical contact.
Soccer is one of the longest games in the world. For seniors you have 45mins each half plus stoppage time. So in total you have 90mins in total plus stoppage time. Very exhausting. If you like long games, not using your hands and play around the world in seniors then, this is just the right game for you.
1/2 cup of berries
3 scoops of yogurt
750 ml of milk
First we put the banana and berries in the blender.
Secondly we put the yoghurt and the milk in the blender and blended it.
Thirdly we poured the mixture in the cup and drank it.
We can make the smoothie better by blending it more and more yogurt.

On the 22nd of April the people in the Being Active Group made Orange & Saltana Cakes. It was a tonne of fun stirring the mixture until it smelt delicious. When we finished cooking the cakes they turned out very nice and they tasted awesome.
125g butter (softned)
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon finely grated orange rind
1/2 of wholemeal self raising flower
3/4 cups of orange
1/2 cup of saltanas
Step 1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees celcius fan-forced. Line two 24-hole, 1/2 tablespoon capacity mini muffin paps with paper cases.
Step 2. Using an electric mixer, beat batter, sugar, and orange rind unitl light and fluffy. Add eggs, l at a time, beating until just combind. Stir
Step 3. Bake for 22 to 24 minutes or until a skewer inserted in the centre of 1 comes out clean. Stand in pan for 5 minutes. Transfer to a wire pack to cool.

Welcome to Being Active 2013. We are going to show a lot of things from wacky sports, kids being active even showing recipes of making healthy food and exercising or being healthy apps. If you are in Leopold we thought of lots of activities this year. We have got clinics for younger students and older students. The LINC will be shut down at lunch times unless, we think of clinics to do instead of mucking around.so some of the grade 6’s in the being active group have thought of some activities to do. We have a couple of teachers VS students sports throughout the year.
